Charging & Data Cable Assemblies
USB-C and charging assemblies for shavers, appliances, audio devices, toys, panels and instruments. Your device doesn't always need a full-standard cable — we wire exactly the pins, length and jacket your product calls for.

What we assemble
USB-C connector terminated to your chosen wires — power, ground and the signal pins your device actually uses.
Double-ended assemblies in your jacket type and custom length, built to the pin correspondence you specify.
One end USB-C, the other your proprietary or board-side connector — shavers, speakers, appliances, chargers.
Socket-with-pigtail assemblies for enclosures and control panels, matching your cutout and fastening style.
Charging input assemblies terminating to your board connector, with gauge set to charge current.
Signal and control cables with shielding and twist options per your electrical requirement.
Spec it, don't settle

Why custom
Device makers come to us when retail-grade cables don't fit the engineering reality: the charging input is a board connector, not a socket; only 3 of the 24 USB-C pins matter; the cable must bend a specific way inside an enclosure; or the assembly has to survive a factory test fixture. A stock cable forces your product to adapt to it. We build the other way around.
Wire only what the device uses — cleaner harness, lower cost.
Cut to the routing path inside the housing, not the nearest retail size.
Board-side, panel-mount or proprietary — we terminate to it.
Prototype runs and production orders through the same line.
From requirement to shipment
Any format. A photo of the charging port inside your device works to start.
We restate pinout, gauge, length and connector — you approve before anything is built.
Termination and assembly on our line, checked during production.
Continuity and visual inspection, packed and shipped per your instruction.
FAQ
Yes — send the pin map or datasheet for your device-side connector. We confirm which USB-C pins are wired and the pull-up/pull-down values if specified, then terminate accordingly.
Usually yes. Send the part number or datasheet and we cross-reference mating housings, terminals and tooling before confirming.
MOQ depends on specification. We confirm the minimum quantity when reviewing your requirement.
Finished assemblies get continuity and visual inspection before packing, with in-process checks during production.
We manufacture to customer specification. Certification information available upon request — tell us your compliance target and we confirm what applies before quoting. See Certifications.
Send a pin map, a sample, or just the device you need charged. We'll confirm specification, MOQ and lead time.
