Quality checks
Independent of certification, every production run goes through three inspection gates before packing. Test plan and frequency are tailored to your specification.
Wire, terminal and connector lots are checked on arrival. Material certificates are archived by batch.
Crimp pull tests each shift, first-article approval, and 100% continuity check during the run.
Final visual and electrical inspection before packing and shipment.
