HSC is a custom manufacturer. We don't keep an off-the-shelf catalog. Every order starts with your requirement — your drawing, your sample or your product specification — and ends with assemblies built to match it.

Send your drawing, part number or sample and we work from it. We cross-reference existing specifications when needed.

Specification matching

Wire, terminal, connector and assembly options are matched against your product specification and target application.

Wire processing

Wire cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering and terminating are done in-house or on managed partner lines.

Terminal assembly

Terminals and connectors are assembled per your specification — with terminal at one end, both ends, or no terminal.

Flexible customization

Length, gauge, color, shielding, jacket and labeling are all customizable per your order.

One contact, from drawing to delivery

Our engineering and quality control team is based in Tai'an, Shandong. Production is managed day-to-day on partner lines. Every order is handled by one engineering contact from your first message to the shipped assembly.

  • Quality inspection — IQC, in-process and final QC checks before packing
